Attention all Germanophiles in the Seattle area. You can now enjoy your gentian (known to some as "Enzian", the famous blue alpine flower) with a bit of gin. That's right, one of the fantastic new boutique restaurants in Ballard, The Sexton, serves up one of their signature cocktails, Ana's Sin, with a fresh tincture of gentian and lavendar made by personally by the bartenderess. It's a tasty sip any time of the year.
